Refund Policy

Bing Beverage operates on a No Refund policy unless product is received damaged and unusable (punctured can, etc). Customer must notify Bing Beverage within 48hrs of receipt of product with photographic evidence of product damage, number of damaged units, order number, best by date (bottom of can), and all other codes on product (side or bottom of product). If all criteria is met and product is deemed a total loss and unusable, as determined by Bing staff, a refund for damaged units will be provided within 5 business days after receipt of damage notification.

NOTE: Dented cans with product still intact are NOT considered damaged. Our cans are specially designed to withstand a certain amount of pressure and the lids will buckle if a can is exposed to impact (dropped, etc). If the can is not leaking or the can is not punctured in any way, the product is not eligible for a refund.
